Pay Range : USD 1,500 - 2,200/month

Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant within the Dental Practice Acquisition Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless operations of the team. This position involves a diverse range of administrative tasks and responsibilities, requiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual. You will work closely with the acquisition team members to ensure efficient communication, coordination, and documentation of key processes.
Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and organized records.
- Assist in managing client lists and prospecting.
- Input and update relevant data into databases and systems.
- Generate regular reports to provide insights into key performance indicators and milestones.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support the identification of potential dental practices for acquisition.
- Assist in compiling information related to competitors and market trends.
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as phone calls, email correspondence, and office supplies management.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- 2-3 years proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of the dental healthcare industry or experience in a similar field is desirable.
