The sales development representative's responsibilities include generating potential leads, soliciting potential customers, facilitating sales, pricing and negotiating the best proposal and win-win model for the client.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for finding potential clients for our company and starting new relationships with interested clients, thus expanding our customer base.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up
- Supporting sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers
- Initiating contact with potential customersthrough warm contacts or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, creating client proposals, and analyzing and include unique value proposition per client.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
- Suggesting process improvement for the Sales and Marketing Process.
- Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing
- customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings.
- Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Communicating with all levels of the organization
- Supporting RFPs processes
- Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting.
- Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
- Attend product training conferences and develop an understanding of our
- communication infrastructure.
- Update Sales tools and support new implementations.
- Working along the Customer Success Manager to transfer client expectations and support client satisfaction after closing the business.
- Proven experience in sales development or sales, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of Outsourcing market trends and dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
