About the Role:
We are seeking a bookkeeper who can efficiently manage and oversee a designated accounts payable (AP) email account. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills to categorize all bills according to projects or codes and facilitate their approval process. The primary responsibilities include monitoring, organizing, and responding to the AP email account, ensuring a systematic arrangement of bills based on projects, and facilitating the approval workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and respond to a dedicated AP email account
- Organize bills systematically by project/code and submit them for approval
- Compile and send out weekly PDF packets of invoices with bills and digital stamps
- Efficiently organize emails related to accounts payable
- Take responsibility for drafting cash flow and payable reports, as well as determining which vendors should be paid
- Track and analyze budget versus actual expenditure numbers
- Has at least 2 years of bookkeeping or similar experience
- Has at least Above Average to Excellent communication and written skills. A minor accent is acceptable.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Office 365, QuickBooks Online, Zoom, Google Meet, Adobe Acrobat, and Whatsapp
- Organized and a self-starter
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
