Position : Customer Experience Associate
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM Eastern time | 10PM to 6AM Philippine time
Pay Range : USD 900 - 1,100/month
About the role:
In this role, you will assist the Senior Director of Customer Experience with all customer support related needs- working in both a strategic and task-oriented capacity. This person must be passionate about people, extremely organized, and has the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
What you’ll do
- Provide “real-time” chat, phone, and email support
- Ability to update client status to completion in our CRM system
- Report on client activity and trends
- Drive positive customer outcomes through saved revenue and churn mitigation
- Ability to identify, track and measure positive customer outcomes
- Ability to manage the expectations and questions of our clients
- Prioritize, multi-task, and handle a continuously evolving environment
- Research and resolve each client interaction to their utmost satisfaction
- Complete other duties as assigned
Who you are:
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries on a daily basis (including, email, live chat, phone support, etc.)
- Excels in self-direction, self-pacing, and working independently
- Keep a cool head, a “nothing is beneath me attitude” and be able to reprioritize on the fly
- Previous experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and follow-up skills
