Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Schedule: M-F, Flexible but needs to be available between 1PM - 5PM PH Time
Salary Range: $900 - $1500
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and researching potential clients or customers for our portfolio companies
- Setting up meetings between potential prospects and sales staff
- Evaluating companies based on
- Qualifying leads to determine if they meet the set criteria
- Finding potential contacts, e.g. through LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Desktop research and market analysis
- Manage CRM systems to ensure correct tracking, follow-up, and lead nurturing
- Support sales staff with miscellaneous tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative
- B2B experience preferred
- Digital marketing experience is a plus, but not a requirement
- Excellent to Good Communication skills and written skills; minor accent is acceptable
- Experience with Excel/Google sheets, email, CRMs (e.g. Monday.com, HubSpot), LinkedIn and ideally digital advertising tools such as Google and Meta
- The ideal candidate is reliable, friendly, and positive, thorough and detail-oriented, can take initiative and use judgment, doesn't need to be micromanaged, analytical, and comfortable with data.
