Position : Digital Marketing Specialist
Work Hours (MNL) : Flexible (Deadline Based)
Pay Range : $ 900 - 1,500 USD/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD
Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Managing
- Design and create all imagery
- Schedule photo shoots with local photographers
- Plan events, ie Valentines, Christmas, summer promo, etc.
- Create and edit all meus as needed
- Own all social platform strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & more) with a focus on growing our follower accounts and engagement
- Schedule and create posts
- Engage with customers, potential customers, and other brands
- Manage all influencer outreach
- Identifying influencers, contacting, and ensuring content is created on brand and on message with a strategy to drive followers and sales
- Manage brand outreach
- Identify other brands we can work with to further promote Sojourner with giveaways, collaborations, and other ideas
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics with senior management.
- Being able to create simple content using Photoshop, Canva, etc… for social purposes is a must
Content Writing
- Produce a high volume of content that needs little-to-no editing
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
- Research new topics, write blog posts, and do some basic content management (posting to WordPress, grabbing photos, etc).
- Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
- Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience. Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content
- At least 2 years of Marketing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup.
- Has experience and knowledge of SEO
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and TikTok as a marketer.
- Good Communication skills
