You will lead our company's website strategy, design, development, UX, conversion rate analytics and optimisation, as well as technical SEO. working with our internal team and external agencies and resources to deliver. Your role is integral to shaping our online presence and driving results for our go-to-market teams
This role will be based in our Makati metro office whereby the employee will be onsite 5 days a week, with flexibility on days after probation period.

As an experienced professional within the department, you will be expected to provide knowledge and expertise to help steer the web initiatives in an efficient and successful direction.
This role is suitable for a complex problem solver and you will enjoy taking accountability and ownership of key infrastructure components across the Group and its Brands.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Develop and implement a strategic plan for the website in alignment with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
Ensure the website complies with relevant regulations, such as data protection laws, and implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
Collaborate with web developers and IT teams to ensure the website is technically sound, secure, and optimized for performance. This may involve managing website hosting, domain registration, and addressing technical issues
Use web analytics and tracking tools, to analyse website performance metrics. Highlight key performance indicators and suggest improvements based on data insights to enhance UX and conversion rates
Be available for critical incidents out of hours or when needed
Proactively review systems and infrastructure components, identifying improvements and resolving vulnerabilities
Working closely with web developers, designers, and marketers to implement changes that align with conversion goals
Perform any other tasks assigned by management
