We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines, often very quick turnarounds. This role involves collaborating with our marketing team to produce compelling visuals that resonate with our clients' target audiences and adhering brand guidelines given.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, brochures, posters, email campaigns, website graphics in addition to video edits.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our content remains fresh and innovative in photo, graphics and video.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure alignment on design direction.
- Maintain and organize digital files for easy access and archiving.
- Work closely with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers, and marketing specialists.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, and multimedia design.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems.
- Familiarity with HTML, CRM and CSS.

Sample Day-to-Day Duties of a Graphic Designer at a High-Volume Marketing Agency
Morning:
1. Check-in and Planning:
- Start the day with a brief team meeting or check-in. Review priorities, deadlines, and any urgent client requests.
- Organizing tasks based on urgency and complexity.
2. Email and Communication:
- Check and respond to emails, particularly focusing on any email from Principal, requests for revisions, or new project briefs. Often request must be delivered DAY OF.
3. Project Work
- Begin working on assigned design projects. This could involve starting a new design as per a client's brief or continuing work on an ongoing project. Often request must be delivered DAY OF.
- Create initial design concepts or sketches and send them for internal review or directly to the client for early feedback.
Often need a collection of 3-4 projects turned in daily. This can be posters, flyers, stories, template, email blasts, web banners, ads, etc.
Client Revisions:
- Address any client feedback on previously submitted designs. This could involve revising color schemes, layouts, or overall design concepts.
- Coordinate with the account or project manager to ensure revisions meet client expectations.
5. Collaboration:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to develop innovative design solutions for new campaigns designs and evolutions of graphics, promos, etc.
- Collaborate with copywriters, digital marketers, and web developers to ensure cohesive design across all elements of a campaign.
6. Ongoing Project Development:**
- Continue working on existing design projects, moving from conceptualization to more refined, final designs.
- Utilize various design software to create visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct a thorough review of designs for quality control — checking for any errors, alignment issues, or inconsistencies.
- Ensure all designs meet the agency’s standards and client requirements before submission.
8. Final Submissions and Updates:
- Submit completed designs to clients or account managers for final approval.
- Update project management tools or systems with the progress of each task or project.
Team Debrief:
- Participate in an end-of-day team meeting or recap to discuss the day’s achievements, any challenges faced, and plan for the next day.
