Job Title: Marketing Lead
Schedule: Monday-Friday Flexible (US hours)
Salary Range: 1,200 to 1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Strategy Development: Create game marketing strategies that leverage new and creative avenues. These may include referral programs, quests, Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, and more.
- Execution: Personally execute on marketing strategies, ensuring they are implemented effectively to drive engagement, interest, and growth for our games.
- Graphic Design Oversight: Collaborate with outsourced graphical editors to ensure the visual components of marketing campaigns align with our brand and vision.
- Community Engagement: Foster and engage with our gaming community to build relationships, gather feedback, and create a strong, loyal fan base.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies continuously.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within the gaming industry.
- Proficiency with Figma and Notion.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with Linear and Loom.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fully remote and asynchronous team, being responsible for task completion and exceptional communication.
- A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture.
