Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays 8am - 4pm MST/PST
Work Hours (MNL): Mondays to Fridays 11PM to 8AM PHT
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Proposal Coordinator / Sales Engineer with a strong engineering background in solar farm design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed proposals and quotes for our large-scale solar projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in solar energy, proficiency in proposal development, and a sales-oriented mindset.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive proposals and quotes for large-scale solar farm projects based on specific project details.
- Utilize engineering knowledge to accurately convey technical aspects of solar farm design in proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project management teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Create and maintain proposal documentation and sales materials.
- Use Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently to create high-quality, professional documents.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Assist in the sales process by providing technical expertise and support.
- Continuously update knowledge on solar farm technology and industry trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in a field related to renewable energy or solar technology.
- 2+ proven experience in proposal writing, sales engineering, or a similar role in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of large-scale solar farm design and implementation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
