Job Title: Video Editor/Graphic Designer
Schedule: EST 9am-6pm
Salary Range: $1,000-1,500/month

About the Role:
The role involves editing multiple long-form videos weekly, generating thumbnail options for each video, and producing 2-4 short-form clips from the long-form content for use on social media platforms. Additionally, the position requires engaging in additional graphic design tasks as needed, such as creating page banners and social media posts.
Responsibilities:
- Edit multiple long-form videos per week to meet content production goals.
- Generate 3-4 visually appealing thumbnail options for each video.
- Create 2-4 short-form clips from long-form videos optimized for IG Reels/TikTok.
- Undertake additional graphic design tasks as needed, including page banners and social media posts.
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail in video editing and graphic design.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements for future videos.
- Is process-driven and willing to contribute to the creation and improvement of workflow processes.
- Exhibits an interest in personal finance, investments, real estate, and/or productivity.
- Understands audio processing, including EQ, compression, limiting, de-essing, and noise reduction.
- Proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (Final Cut Pro preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- Has access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
