We are currently hiring Customer Service Agents for our Email Support/Non-Voice team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide exceptional customer support and assistance via email, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
● Attend to customer enquiries through emails (Zendesk) in a timely and accurate manner
● Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases
● Communicate customer feedback to internal / external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers
● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
