ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Bait Stations – Count the bait boxes of the technicians from previous day, check if there are duplicate pictures, missing boxes
- Inbound Call – Assist callers (property manager, tenant or super) for any general concerns (asking where tech is, asking for timeframe, asking when the next service will be). For any scheduling, rescheduling, or service complaint, it must be transferred to the office.
- Technician Calls – Assists technicians to gain access in the building. Other technician concerns must be transferred to the office. For any no access, we must add note on Pestpac regarding what happened.
- Appointment confirmations – Contact the superintendent to confirm the scheduled service 24 hours before. Agents are expected to send emails to management if needed.
- Rescheduling (technician emergency or holiday) – expected to do an outbound call and send an email to management regarding the changes of schedule.
- Scheduling. Call tenants and schedule specific service requested by management. Expected to check the scheduler and the availability of the technicians.
- Excellent communication skills - Oral and written.
- At least 6 months of experience in Customer Service.
- Strong attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
