Job Title: Social Media and General Virtual Admin Assistant
Working Hours: To Be Determined
Salary Range: $900 - $1500/month
Join our dynamic team! We are seeking a skilled Social Media and General Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support to our leadership team and contribute to the seamless operation of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Curate and schedule content for Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media interactions and engage with the audience.
- Analyze social media performance and provide reports.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
- Expense Management:
- Sort and register expenses in Freshbooks.
- Categorize and tag expenses accurately for easy retrieval.
- Reconcile financial statements and prepare expense reports.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform various online tasks as assigned.
- Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents.
- Conduct online research and compile data
- Prior experience in social media management and content creation
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be skilled with WordPress, FreshBooks, LinkedIn, Twitter
- 3 years of experience
- Experience supervising a team
- Excellent communication skills
