Schedule: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM MST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- At least 3+ years of experience on a similar role
- Background in real estate and/or investments
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft CRM
- Excellent communication skills
What will you do?
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and execute plans for product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Designing a brochure for marketing in the real estate and investment.
- Promotional items (Pens, t-shirt, cups etc.)
- Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various channels, including social media, blogs, and email.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events or conferences to promote the company and its products/services.
- Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing materials.
- Create monthly newsletter relating to the products and services of the company.
- Market Research (Real Estate Rental and investment products): Identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities and analyze customer behavior and preferences.
