SCOPE OF WORK:
- Transformative Editing: Review and edit long-form video content into short, vertical formats suitable for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Creative Enhancement: Apply engaging editing techniques, including text overlays, special effects, and sound optimization, to captivate and enhance viewer engagement.
- Captivating Copy: Craft persuasive and concise copy for video captions and descriptions, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and maintaining audience interest.
- Visual Appeal: Design eye-catching thumbnails that entice viewers and increase click-through rates, contributing to the overall success of our content.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the content team to ensure consistency in brand representation and voice, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creative synergy.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Stay informed about current trends in social media content and apply these insights to continuously elevate the quality and relevance of our content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly for social media platforms.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
- A passion for creativity with a keen eye for detail in creating visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with short-form video trends and a willingness to explore innovative approaches.
- Strong copywriting skills, conveying messages concisely and engagingly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with social media trends and best practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
