LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS AND PHILIPPINE-BASED CANDIDATES
Position: Virtual Assistant
Work Hours: Tues and Thurs only, 9AM – 5PM PST|1AM – 9AM Phil. time|Mon, Wed, Fri - flexible time
Pay Range: $800 - $1000 monthly
- Archiving projects on our CRM using specified tasks on the checklist.
- Managing platforms such as Daylite, Box.com, Vimeo, WordPress, and Notion for seamless project coordination.
- Recording and documenting past music licenses on Notion.
- Uploading and showcasing work on our WordPress page.
- Adding relevant project information to entries in our CRM.
- Executing additional tasks as required to support the team.
- Experience in the music industry, with a solid understanding of its dynamics and processes.
- Genuine interest in the music industry, showcasing passion and dedication.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically Daylite.
- Familiarity with online platforms such as Box.com, Vimeo, WordPress, and Notion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
