About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Recruiter and HR Administrative Support Specialist. This role will primarily focus on recruiting activities, accounting for approximately 70% of responsibilities, while also providing valuable support in HR administrative functions, making up the remaining 30%. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our organization's growth and success.
Duties and responsibilities:
Recruitment (70%):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Draft and update accurate job postings and descriptions aligned with organizational needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, managing logistical aspects without accessing sensitive HR data.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status, interview feedback, and updates.
- Conduct reference checks with provided contacts, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate training sessions, handle logistical aspects, and contribute to employer branding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and attract qualified candidates.
HR Administrative Support (30%):
- Generate and maintain reports on recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and other HR-related analytics.
- Collaborate on employee training programs and development initiatives.
- Initiate the onboarding process through the dedicated Recruiting portal.
- Coordinate and conduct exit interviews, compiling feedback for improvement opportunities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2 years of experience as a US Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Suite
- Proficiency in ATS and HRIS
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a track record of successful placements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Great problem-solving skills with efficiency
- Detail-oriented and can multi-task
- Can work independently
- Self-led and confident
