1. Create Delivery Instructions on CW1 per truck booking received from Account Handler.
2. Coordinate with Truck Supplier as per allocation.
3. Monitoring of daily shipments delivery and pick-up.
4. Monitoring of POD’s and upload on BLX system.
5. Create and update monthly monitoring report for lock-in and non-Lock in trucks.
6. Send monthly list to Matching Team for registration & matching purposes.
7. Invoice creation for PAL/Aero Account for local transactions.
8. Open and willing to learn for other accounts to be handle.
9. Ensure on time checking and reviewing email and monitor/trace the location of goods.
10. Answer telephone queries of vendors regarding shipment status.
11. Process and ensure accuracy of delivery documents, including billing docs.
12. Willing to extend beyond working hours.
Competency Requirement/s:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in supply chain management, business or a related field is required.
- Preferably Male
Experience Required:
- Has a minimum of 1 to 3 years working experience on a Freight Forwarding / Logistics business
Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledgeable in Air Cargo Freight Forwarding
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
• Knowledgeable in Air Cargo Tracking
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must have keen eye for details
• Knowledge in CargoWise 1 is an advantage
