Position: SEO Specialist
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (EST) | 10 PM - 6 AM (Philippine Time)
Salary Range: $1000-$1400 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist with a proven ability to generate and accelerate the growth of organic leads. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, techniques, and tactics to enhance website visibility, increase traffic, and achieve high-ranking positions in search engine results. Your role will play a pivotal part in creating new opportunities for business growth and profitability through the generation of high-quality organic leads.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Optimizing Copy and Landing Pages for SEO: Ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices and Implement on-page optimization strategies to improve search engine visibility.
- Local Landing Page Structure and Architecture: Develop and enhance local landing pages for improved geographical targeting and optimize page structure and architecture to enhance local search performance.
- Link Building and Internal Linking Expertise: Execute effective link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and implement internal linking strategies to improve website navigation and SEO.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and integrate targeted keywords into content for improved search engine rankings.
- Content Refresh & Revamp: Evaluate existing content and refresh as needed for relevancy and SEO optimization and collaborate with content creators to enhance overall content quality.
- Building Content Calendars: Develop and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent and strategic publishing schedule.
- Competitor Content Audits or Content Gap Analysis: Analyze competitor content to identify gaps and opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Creating Content Outlines or Briefs: Provide clear content outlines and briefs to content creators for effective collaboration.
- Develop & Implement Link Building Strategy: Strategize and implement effective link-building campaigns to enhance backlink profile.
- Execute Local Landing Page Optimization: Implement local SEO strategies to optimize landing pages for targeted regions
- Implement Changes in Webflow CMS: Utilize Webflow CMS to make necessary SEO-related changes and improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in SEO
- Data-driven and analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing.
- Attention to detail and a passion for SEO best practices.
- Proven ability to generate and accelerate organic leads for business growth.
TOOL REQUIREMENTS DESIRED:
- Familiarity with Ahrefs and/or Semrush.
- Experience with tools like Surfer SEO, SEMflow, and Webflow SEO.
- Proficient in using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and LowFruits.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Proven SEM experience managing PPC on Google and Bing.
DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Atleast 50mbps internet speed
