As a Digital Marketing Specialist,
A digital performance expert who can take raw data and insights and turn them a strong customer attraction campaigns. Someone who is customer-obsessed, and able to support the overall marketing strategy across all channels. You will be responsible for both paid and organic customer attraction.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media and paid search strategies that align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to create effective paid search campaigns that drive relevant traffic and conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, ad spend, and ROI
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement of marketing activity and paid media activity.
- Work with external and internal stakeholders to develop content and experiences that delight potential clients
- Show improvements in acquisition metrics (CAC, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Support the development, execution, and optimisation of search & social PPC & CPA strategies, including affiliate and partner programs.
- Present insights and outcomes in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Define a customer strategy to support business objectives and deliver it through market-leading customer experiences.
- Leverage data and customer behavioural insights to drive transformational performance across paid and direct.
- Make suggestions for digital campaigns using deep industry experience.
- Leverage multiple sources of data to identify customer lifestyle priorities and opportunities for growth from working with each program.
- Leverage various insights and research to build compelling customer propositions. Provide presentations to assist customer coaches in delivering greater customer outcomes.
- Monitor and report platform activity and sector news regarding customers to a specified internal audience to help drive customer understanding and engagement
- Analyse and Share learnings from Loyalty customer behaviour (membership engagement, customer retention, purchasing behaviours, member satisfaction, etc.) with cross-functional teams, senior leadership and EQ partners
- Work with internal stakeholders, including tech engineers, product managers, designers, and support, to define best practices and develop marketing strategies that drive conversion and community engagement.
We would need you to be or have the following:
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a similar growth or performance marketing role
- Experience across paid social media is a key element of this role
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from strategy through to delivery
- Previous proven success driving customer strategy and implementing effective marketing communication across varied channels
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, how to target customers effectively and different regulations that impact CRM effort
- Proficient in Google Analytics
- Experience with all industry paid channels
- Proven experience running and analysing A/B tests
- Proficient use of Excel and management of large data sets
- Must have strong technical expertise and date industry and platform knowledge with marketing technology, search and direct data insights
- Must have full knowledge of digital service space, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, EDM, and social media marketing
