Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in training caregivers in to the Alayacare App
- Make follow up for those aids who have not clocked in on the app each day.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Responds to sms, communicates to aids via texting
Monthly Salary: PHP 21,000
- At least 6 months of WORK EXPERIENCE in the same role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Attention to details is required
- OK to work on night shifts, with overtime whenever needed
- Ok to work onsite in BUENDIA, MAKATI
