What will you do?
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to date financial records using accounting software.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to date financial records using accounting software ( Xero, MYOB).
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all data is accurately accounted for.
- Prepare and generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Preparation of Instalment Activity Statements and Business Activity Statements.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits.
- Assist with month end/year end compliance, and annual reconciliations.
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, including tax withholdings and deductions.
- Maintain employee records related to payroll and benefits.
