WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career websites.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Generate offer letters and manage offer acceptance documentation.
- Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure that new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and training schedules are prepared in advance.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring teams.
