WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Post job openings on various job boards and company career websites.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Generate offer letters and manage offer acceptance documentation.
  • Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure that new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and training schedules are prepared in advance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring teams.
