Position : Ads Specialist
Working Hours : 40 hours per week CST
Salary Range : $900-$1500
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Funnel Development and Optimization:
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels across paid search, social and programmatic campaign management to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align funnel strategies with overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Paid Search, Social, and Programmatic Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute paid search campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads-Plan, implement, and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. - - Utilize audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Implement and oversee A/B testing initiatives to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other elements of the funnel.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to enhance user experience and conversion rates
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on funnel performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data analysis to measure the impact of paid campaigns on lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
- At Least 3 years of experience in the same role
- Experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Hubspot
- Someone who has an experience in creating of reporting dashboards
- Experience in any Competitor analysis tools (analyzing performance vs. competitor ads)
