Position: Marketing and Recruiting Manager

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM CST / 10 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time

Holiday/s: US and/or PH Holidays

Salary Range: $1,000-$1,500/month



About the company:

We are a diversified and growing wastewater management company seeking a highly organized and talented individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager / Recruiting Manager. This remote position offers the opportunity to work in a critical role of a growing company and meaningfully contribute to it’s continued success.

Duties and responsibilities:

Marketing Manager (Approximately 50%):

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for both brands across multiple channels including direct mail (postcards), digital (SEO, PPC, social), and guerrilla (door hangers, call scripts, community involvement, etc.)  

• Collaborate with third-party marketing vendors to implement the marketing plan and measure results.

• Monitor campaign results and provide weekly reports to the president.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Recruiting Manager (Approximately 50%):

• Actively recruit technicians, entry-level general laborers, and customer service representatives to work within a single company brand or across multiple (depending on role).

• Post job openings on third-party job boards and monitor and adjust strategy based on results.

• Screen and assess candidate qualifications.

• Conduct first-round phone interviews and coordinate second-round in-person interviews with onsite team members for qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Proven experience in marketing and recruiting for US-based companies.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaign implementation.

• Familiarity with third-party marketing vendors and effective collaboration.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting technical and labor positions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
