Position:  Sales Development Manager

Working Schedule:  Mondays to Fridays, 8AM to 5PM (CST) / 10PM to 7AM (PH Time) 

Salary Range:  $1200-$2000 / Monthly

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by proactively reaching out to prospects through various communication channels. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in outbound prospecting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Call prospects, engage in meaningful conversations, and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Utilize email and text messaging to reach out to prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Document all sales activities and context in Asana for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Schedule and execute sales activities in Asana, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion.
  • Set and accomplish goals for sales activities to contribute to overall team success.
  • Participate in weekly Marketing Accountability meetings and represent the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the coaches to enhance sales skills and strategies.
  • Guide prospects through the company's Free Trial, providing exceptional support.
  • Work closely with the COO to operationalize and maintain sales standards.
  • Conduct weekly recorded self-evaluations based on the role’s success statements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in Asana, Zoom, or similar tools for task management and communication.
  • Experience with phone software like AirCall or similar platforms.
  • Some prior experience in prospecting is helpful.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills, especially when dealing with US-based businesses.
  • Proven success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in office productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft 365 etc.)

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Atleast 50mbps internet speed
