As a Technical Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent technical assistance and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity
- Assist customers in setting up and configuring their devices and software applications
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately and comprehensively in the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, technological advancements, and industry best practices
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a technical support or customer service role is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
