Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Degree/Diploma related to the role (Accounting, Bookkeeping, etc.)
  • Knowledge in AP/AR Functions
  • Knowledge in Bank Reconciliation
  • Knowledge in Credit Card Reconciliation
  • MS Office Skills

Nice to Have:

  • XERO Software
  • Other Accounting Software
  • Advance MS Office Skills

What will you do?

Account Payable Function

  • Secure approvals: Ensure proper authorization for all invoices.
  • Match & maintain: Match invoices to purchase orders, update supplier profiles, and track trade credit terms.
  • Payment cycle: Enter invoices, process payments, handle inquiries, and monitor aging reports.

Intercompany Transactions

  • Ensure Intercompany purchase and payment are accurately process and monitor.

Cashflow Forecast

  • Assisting weekly/fortnightly supplier payment forecast per payment term.

Account Receivable Function

  • Manage delinquent accounts: Liaise with the sales team on outstanding accounts, educate them on company trade terms, assist with collections, and answer payment-related inquiries.
  • Monitor and optimize receivables: Track the Trade Debtors Ageing report and collaborate with the sales team to implement effective credit control strategies.

Fixed Asset Register

  • Assist in ensuring the accurate entry and classification of fixed assets within the Fixed Asset Register and is up to date.

Bank Reconciliation

  • Ensured financial accuracy by reconciling ledger and bank accounts, meticulously analyzing sales team payments, resolving discrepancies, managing aging items, and setting up banking requirements for new stores.

Credit Card Expenses

  • Manage corporate credit card statements from distribution to reconciliation, verifying supporting documents, employee signoffs, and accurate expense coding.

General / Ad hoc Duty

  • Assisting Ad hoc reporting requirement and general administration function including maintaining appropriate document filing and archiving.
