We are an offshore recruitment firm, expert in sourcing exceptional software developers in South America and filling operational roles in the Philippines. Our clientele primarily consists of founders of small to medium-sized software start-ups. We are now expanding our reach and seeking a Sales Representative who can help us explore and connect with other types of executives in different industries. This role is pivotal for those who excel in lead generation, appointment setting, and understanding diverse business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Understanding and Diversified Targeting:
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our current market - founders of small to medium-sized software start-ups.
  • Research and identify other executive profiles in various industries who could benefit from our recruitment services.
  • Develop strategies to appeal to these new segments without compromising our existing client base.
  • Lead Generation Across New Domains:
    • Utilize creative techniques to identify potential clients beyond the software startup sphere.
    • Implement multi-channel lead generation strategies, targeting a broader range of industries.
    • Adapt communication strategies to resonate with different executive personas.
  • Customized Messaging and Outreach:
    • Create compelling and tailored messaging for diverse executive profiles, highlighting our expertise in software development and operational staffing.
    • Experiment with messaging formats and platforms to optimize engagement and response rates across various industries.
  • Appointment Setting with a Broader Clientele:
    • Efficiently secure and schedule appointments with a more diverse range of executives.
    • Manage communication, ensuring that the unique needs and interests of each industry and executive type are addressed.
    • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to prepare them for meetings with a more varied client base.
    • Proven experience in sales, particularly in lead generation, appointment setting, and market expansion.
    • Strong ability to adapt strategies to target different executive profiles and industries.
    • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with the recruitment industry, especially in software and operational roles.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
