Position : CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Central Time
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $ 800 - 1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones
- Act as backup with shipping
- Product creation/listing management on Shopify
- Regularly audit Shopify vs. Synapse for stock,
- Check Target Bay for reviews/answer simple questions, notify who needs to answer more complex/technical questions, respond to reviews
- Help Scout Setup/Maintenance
Minimum Requirements:
- Atleast 3 years of relevant experience
- Shopfy experience would be a plus
- Tools: Excel, Outlook
