Position : CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $ 800 - 1,000 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls from customers on the first ring.
- Assist with inquiries and help resolve questions.
- Schedule and assist with creating quotes
- Enter detailed customer information in the software system
- Dispatch if needed
- Proficiency with Slack;
- Familiarity with Skimmer and Open Phone will be great but not necessary (client can provide training)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in a customer support role is highly preferred
- Good demeanor and personality
- Highly trainable
