Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets
- High school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate
- Prior experience in chat or customer support is an advantage
- Good communication and typing skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
