Job Title: Social Media and General Virtual Admin Assistant
Working Hours: To Be Determined
Salary Range: $900 - $1200/month
Join our dynamic team! We are seeking a skilled Social Media and General Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support to our leadership team and contribute to the seamless operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- This individual will be building out lists of prospective recruits in the insurance agency field, then accessing clients LinkedIn for direct outreach and setting up calls/meetings
- They will then do the same thing for prospective clients with defined criteria
- Research topics and coordinate flights and travel both for work and personal use
- Schedule conversations and meetings for client
- Event planning for work (coordinate get-togethers for team and team building activities)
- Coordinate vendors and develop outreach work or capture sign ups
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Above Average to Excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable
- Tools: Office 365, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Notion (big plus), and Sales Force (big plus)
- Must be detail oriented, coachable, friendly, fun, and trustworthy
- Prior experience in US Insurance, Sales,Recruiting and Client Retention
