We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our work from home team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to train onsite at our Cebu office before transitioning to remote work.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner
- With or without call center experience high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Amenable to work on site
- Must be fully vaccinated
