Role Description
The Senior Internal Accountant will be responsible for the onboarding, and offboarding, in between, payroll
processing, including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, during employment, offboarding, company compliances,
- and HMO process.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable management.
- Drafting and approving of payroll semi-monthly.
- Assisting with compliance requirements.
- Petty cash, credit card, and gas reimbursements, and other bank transactions.
- Recording & paying bills from rent, HMO, telephone, and other suppliers.
- Safekeeping of scanned, and physical copies of official receipts/sales invoices,
- BIR/HDMF/SSS/PHIC documents, and other files in the physical office.
- Preparation of management reports and reporting directly to the president.
- Other needed tasks needed in the finance department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably CPA
- BS Accounting/Accountancy graduate, preferably CPA
- With 4-5 years of experience
- Xero PH knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Can work with minimal or no supervision.
- Ability to innovate and propose new processes that will help in improving efficiency.
- Organized, detail-oriented and adaptive to change.
- Accountable and reliable with schedules
