Position: Business Development Representative
Work Hours: Mon to Fri, 9AM – 5PM CST|11PM – 7AM Philippine time
Pay Range: $900 - $1500 monthly
Lead Generation
- Proactively identify and generate leads through market research and strategic outreach.
- Utilize various channels to identify potential clients and opportunities.
Cold Calls/Emails
- Initiate and engage in effective cold calling and email campaigns to establish connections with prospective clients.
Qualify Leads
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead qualification standards.
Schedule Meetings
- Maintain an organized calendar to optimize meeting schedules and maximize productivity.
Has 3-5 years of experience
- Proven track record in business development or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads into business opportunities.
CRM Tools
- Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Communication Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Resourcefulness
- Demonstrated resourcefulness in approaching challenges and finding innovative solutions.
- Proactive in seeking new opportunities and staying ahead in industry trends.
