The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for implementing and executing Paid Social campaigns in line with the agreed strategy to maintain, develop, and exceed client performance targets The successful candidate will provide day-to-day implementation, optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff.
Implementation/Execution
- Develop and implement Paid Social campaigns in line with the agreed strategy to maintain, develop, and exceed client performance targets.
- Provide day-to-day implementation, performance optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input and supervising junior staff.
- Budget pacing & management: Ensuring campaigns are within budget and forecasting future spend.
- Providing data-driven insights based on campaign performance data and research, and creating recommendations for developing current and future digital strategies
Vendor Management
- Liaise with vendors and third party representatives to maintain and develop relationships and build knowledge of new features and betas.
- Stays up-to-date with practices and standards in the digital marketing industry
Analytics
- Ensures flawless campaign execution and effectiveness by establishing key indicators to measure success.
- Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights, analysis and recommendations to meet campaign objectives.
SME
- Coach and develop junior staff, supervising their projects and day-to-day activities.
Client interface
- Provide accurate client communication that details performance and return on investment via regular campaign reporting and analysis.
