Position : Administrative Assistant 

Work Hours : Flexible hours but must be available to work Eastern Time when needed, especially during the training period. Should be amenable to working varying work hours duration, some days have heavier workflow and other days would allow shorter duration (will be discussed and should be agreed upon with the hired candidate) 

Holidays : January 1, November 23, and December 24 & 25

Pay Range : $1000 - $1300/month (depending on interview assessment and client's approval) Please take note that pay will be given in USD

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an administrative assistant. This position will research and compile job postings to inform job sales outreach, track advertising sales, invoice customers, serve as quality control for job postings and advertisements, update subscription databases, respond to customer emails, and other duties as assigned.

  • Compile information for job and advertising sales
  • Invoice customers
  • Accurately update a variety of databases
  • Updating our subscriber profiles in Omeda
  • Tracking staffing changes and updating the appropriate database with the new profile information and/or removing departing employees from the appropriate database
  • Send congratulatory emails to individuals that have been hired in new roles and get their updated contact information to then update the appropriate database
  • Run reports in Omeda
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of related administrative or data entry experience
  • Google Suite (Google sheets and docs or other comparable software) proficiency is required
  • Attention to detail 
  • English writing proficiency 
  • Good Communication Skills

Preferred

  • Data entry experience
  • Experience in Omeda or similar marketing software
  • Knowledge of sports
