Position: Sales Development Representative

Working Hours/Shift: Monday -Friday; 9 am-5 pm EST

Salary Range: $800 - $1200 monthly


Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by conducting outreach through emails, setting up meetings, and facilitating discovery calls. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant SDR experience, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a preference for candidates with prior experience in a Marketing agency and a B2B environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outreach through email campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and discovery calls with potential clients.
  3. Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  4. Utilize CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage and track leads and opportunities.
  5. Maintain clear and concise records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business strategies.
  7. Provide regular updates on lead generation activities to the sales team.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
  2. Proficient in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  3. Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace and communication platforms like Slack.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Prior experience working in a Marketing agency is preferred.
  6. B2B experience is highly desirable.
  7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
