Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by conducting outreach through emails, setting up meetings, and facilitating discovery calls. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of relevant SDR experience, with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Slack. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with a preference for candidates with prior experience in a Marketing agency and a B2B environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach through email campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and discovery calls with potential clients.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Utilize CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage and track leads and opportunities.
- Maintain clear and concise records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business strategies.
- Provide regular updates on lead generation activities to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace and communication platforms like Slack.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience working in a Marketing agency is preferred.
- B2B experience is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
