Function:
- Address payroll concerns via incoming calls
- Answer payroll related inquiries thru intercom
- Complede side project assigned by the client if there's any
- At least 6 months of WORK EXPERIENCE in the same role
- Must have excellent English since they will eventually be on the phone talking with customers
- Detail-oriented
- Background in HR or recruiting a plus
- Background in healthcare a plus
