What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Nice to Have:
- Financial/ SaaS/ B2B industry is an advantage - with at least a basic understanding of the jargon of the financial industry.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing.
What will you do?
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify strategic keywords for content optimization.
- Implement on-page, technical, off-page SEO strategies to enhance website performance, including meta tags, headers, and content optimization.
- Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and enhance backlink profile.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in SEO.
