What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experienced in using QuickBooks Online
- Seasoned background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Nice to Have:
- CPA is a plus
What will you do?
- Process accounts payable, billings & collections, payroll
- Prepare cash-flow reports, projecting daily cash management needs
- Assist with the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances
- Additional duties as assigned by Director of Finance and Administration
