Salary: P90,000 to P110,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Good technical knowledge and skillset of PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, JAVA. Basic/Intermediate UNIX
- On the ground / in the field WMS experience and Operations
- Has configured BY/JDA/RP Dispatcher (if BY/JDA/RP Discreet experience) NOTE: JDA is now known as Blue Yonder
- Hardware/RF exposure in the field
- Experience with designing Labels/Packing list/Invoices etc.
- Experience with WMS Support / Testing and experience with analysing and writing reports in SQL (SSRS)
- Experience with Application Support Systems (Zendesk, ConnectWise, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zoho etc.)
Nice to Have:
- Ability to communicate and articulate clearly over the phone with Clients/Customers
- Responsive and driven to end task resolution
