Salary: P60,000 to P100,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of at least 2 years as Technical Relationship Manager or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a technical role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft platforms, MacOS, and cybersecurity.
- Experience in network and internet infrastructure, with familiarity in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista.
- Exceptional skills in writing sales proposals, contract renewals, and pricing.
- Ability to work closely with technical engineers and other team members.
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a focus on maintaining and growing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be amenable for a contract position (1 year contract, subject for renewal/continuous contract).
Nice to Have:
- Sales experience is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
What will you do?
- Apply expertise in Client Relationship Management and Sales in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring the continuity and growth of the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and business objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support on Microsoft platforms (Windows desktop, Office 365), MacOS, and cybersecurity concepts including XDR, backups, BCP, etc.
- Engage in technical and commercial discussions, offering solutions that align with clients' needs.
- Have a fundamental understanding of Network and Internet infrastructure, with experience in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista being desirable.
- Assist in writing sales proposals, renewing contracts, and pricing solutions in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Focus on protecting company revenue and margins and minimize client churn without having a new sales target.
- Ensure smooth contract and agreement renewals with existing clients.
