- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant skills, knowledge, experience and aptitudes
- Facilitate recruitment and system specific training amongst managers.
- Liaise with Business Partners and managers to determine requirements and specific role objectives.
- Analyse and create objectives to shorten current time to hire and be able to advise on time to hire for each role.
- Support People Experience Admin function and administer UK benefits where needed.
- Source and assess candidates suitability for open roles and create a talent pool for future role openings.
- Manage Proactis’ ATS and be an expert in providing support for hiring managers.
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
