Duties and Responsibilities:
- Instagram Reels Assistance:
- Take ideas from the Notion page for Instagram reels and use ChatGPT and a prompt to create scripts. Clean those scripts up based on SOP. Paste the scripts generated into a Notion table so that the client can review them at the end of the day.
- Create an SOP to edit the video with Capcut. Tick off that this is done on the Notion table so the client can review and make any extra edits and update the SOP to be more accurate.
- Generate a caption for that Instagram video based on the SOP.
- Post the video to the client’s Instagram account with the approved caption.
- Instagram Posts Assistance:
- Take ideas from the Notion page to create a still-post design using Figma. The VA could create the graphics themselves or communicate the instructions with the client’s UpWork contractor. Use a Notion table to indicate that the Figma design is ready for review.
- Once approved, make the caption using a ChatGPT prompt the client will provide. Using the Notion table to indicate the caption is ready for review.
- Weekly Report:
- Help in creating the weekly report to the board using the SOP provided. Highlighting the progress we’ve made for the week.
- Open to handling new tasks when necessary
- End of day Slack message
- Send a slack message with a link to the Notion page with all the progress made for the day. So that the client can review, approve, and update SOPs for greater efficiency and provide feedback.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Virtual Assistant or similar role
- Must have a strong English Communication Skills
