LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Work Hours: M-F; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST / 10:00 PM-6:00 AM PH Time

Salary: 900-1,500 USD per month

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Management- Support the Pinewood Pro team by actively managing our Asana projects, tasks, and timelines. Capture notes during our team meetings and Slack interactions to impact our timelines. Facilitate questions and conversations as needed to help our team prioritize activities.
  • Research - Complete a comprehensive evaluation of suppliers and producers to consider consolidation and re-hemisphere of production for our 2024 production runs.
    • Complete a comprehensive evaluation of fulfillment service providers to consider improvements to our supply chain and fulfillment processes.
    • Complete a comprehensive evaluation of assembly and kitting service providers to consider outsourcing this work.
    • Complete a comprehensive evaluation of competitors to look at competing products, products we’re not competing on, and competing prices.
    • Complete a comprehensive evaluation of adjacent, competitive markets to enter, considering where our products could be marketed to other audiences.
  • Effectively build business cases based on the research for the exploration of new opportunities for the company.
  • Finance / Benefits / Tax.
  • Execute payment coordination as requested. Administer retirement plan financial transfers as needed. Administer tax payments.
  • Product Listing Maintenance & Ownership.
  • Assemble all product information in one easy-to-access place where information is stored, edited, proofed, improved, and consistent across all our stores.
  • Make edits to Amazon listings and our webpage as needed.
  • Customer Service - Assemble answers to commonly asked customer questions to ensure we have one easy-to-access place with common answers. Use this information to continue to improve our Chatbot to support and delight customers.
  • A Bachelor's degree holder.
  • Has 3-5 years of experience as Operations Manager or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to independently research, synthesize, and report back on findings.
  • Strong project management skills, with proficiency in Asana.
  • Use of Slack for internal team communication.
  • Comfortable trying and testing new AI-type tools to aid in the process.

Ideal/Nice to Have/Preferred:

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software).
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.

Personality/Attitude/Culture Preference:

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
