Roles and Responsibilities:
- Order processing thru inbound and outbound calls
- Reviews referrals and medical documents
- Reviews insurance coverage
- Will be trained for different functions as needed
- At least 6 months of BPO experience, preferably with customer service accounts handling medical accounts. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Must have good communications skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must be willing to work on-site BUENDIA, MAKATI
