What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Previous experience engaging with Australian clients
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing or similar roles
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and reliability
What will you do?
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our target market.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Keep accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
- Clearly communicate product/service features and benefits to prospects.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
- Handle objections effectively and provide accurate information to address concerns.
- Follow up with potential clients as directed by Sales Manager. In the future with proper training have the ability to own prospect clients from lead to closure as directed by the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to enhance overall business strategies.
